It was first heard on the viral website GKNOVA6 and is also heard on the menu and lobby for Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Black Ops II zombie mode. The song samples the main theme of the 1978 film Halloween for the background piano. The Black Ops II version differs from the original as it uses a future-esque techno beat. The music also plays on "Five" and Kino der Toten very quietly and can be heard if there are no zombies around or any other background noise. The Black Ops II version of the song has been remixed by Brian Tuey and renamed the composition to "Damned100ae".
